Every year, companies have a training credit generated from their Social Security contributions. This credit can be used to subsidise all or part of the cost of the courses taken by their employees. In other words, the company can train its team and recover the training cost through rebates on its Social Security contributions.

We are a FUNDAE organising body and handle every stage in the management of subsidised training. We have our own portals to respond to all requests relating to each training programme. We do not depend on any other organisation. We deliver and manage the entire training process, providing an end-to-end service.

Subsidised training is a type of credit granted to companies so they can invest in the professional training of
their employees, with the aim of increasing both the performance and the competitiveness of their workforce.

All companies with workplaces in Spain that pay vocational training contributions to the Spanish Social Security system
and provide training for their employees.

Participants must complete at least 75% of the recommended course hours, take all assessment tests and
go through all the course content.

Yes, the company can manage its own courses through FUNDAE. Our service as an organising company is optional. If
the company prefers, we can provide the training only.

We record all information daily on our LinguaCampus platform throughout the training period.
This means that, when we are asked for the training activity documentation, all the data will be recorded and
ready to submit.

Via the FUNDAE portal or the inspection or control environment, when the training activity is created, a dedicated user account is
automatically generated and provided when the course is registered, so that the public authorities can carry out any inspections
and checks they deem appropriate.
